This place is great! Just got a Cayman S from a dealership in Northern California who screwed up the oil change by using the old washer on the drain plug and was leaking oil.. Took it to these guys and they had me in and out in an hour and fixed my issue at a great price…Found my new Porsche mechanic!!!

This is the best repair shop I have ever dealt with. I brought my Jetta TDI for an emergency repair after my car stopped running on the 15 freeway. I didn’t have an appointment and could not afford to be without my vehicle for long. Dom and his team got it in as soon as they possibly could and got the problem resolved. It was pricey (as most VW repairs seem to be) but far more affordable than taking it to the dealership. He even worked with me to make sure I wasn’t paying for any repairs that weren’t absolutely necessary to keep it affordable.

Another time I made the mistake of toying around in my fuse box and removing something that I shouldn’t have. After searching online trying to figure out what I did, to no avail, I called up Dom who tried to help me figure it out over the phone. That didn’t work so I had to have the car towed to his shop. After it was let off the truck, it wasn’t five minutes and Dom had it running again. It was an easy fix and he didn’t try to charge me a dime.

Amazing service and amazingly honest. I took my 2015 Audi Q7 (no longer on manufacturer’s warranty) to get it looked at for an issue it had. The mechanic (15-year Audi-dealer mechanic experience) found the problem. He took the extra steps to find out if the issue was covered by Audi’s extended warranty (this is when Audi knows something is defective and they extend the warranty for that specific issue), which it was. The mechanic called me and explained the problem, as well as informed me that I should get this done for free at the Audi dealer, which I did. They also cut the cost of diagnosis to half.

Think about this…. They could have charged me for the actual repair and I would have never known about it’s extended coverage by Audi. They could have come up with something else and well, I am not a mechanic, how would I know otherwise. If you want to have a peace of mind, this is the place. I am very pleased with their work and service.

I bought a used BMW 750 and it ran fine for about 3 weeks then all went bad. I tried to fix it myself but couldn’t figure it out.

I had it towed in to the shop and explained what I did and they were very receptive to figuring out what was wrong and didn’t make fun of me, or give me grief for trying to fix it myself before bringing it in.

I thought for sure it was gonna cost me a fortune. They call me a couple days later and the car was fixed for $230, two hours labor. I had worked on it for 3 full weekends.

When I went in to get the car they came out and opened the hood with me and showed me what they found. He said it took him a lot more than 2 hours to find the problem, but he had told me 2 hours when I dropped it off and he was sticking to that.

Very honest skillful place and everyone one there were just the nicest people you’ll meet.

My shop forever now.

These guys are the BEST! The most honest and best customer service I’ve ever had when dealing with cars. I moved last year right before COVID hit. They told me something was broken on my Mercedes but it wasn’t an emergency and to just fix it next oil change.
Fast forward a year without working much and time for an oil change in another state. I call to see if they possibly might have a record of what that was that was broken. Not only did they have what was broken, (oil filter housing cap) but they had the part number! Service above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced! Thank you!!! Wish I could have moved you with me!

My new favorite auto shop for my Mercedes. I just needed the 30k service. Was quoted almost $800 from the dealership and Temecula European Auto beat them by more than half and rotated my tires. Returned for attention to one of those items and very happy that I did.
